Zoo Trip

This past week Lawson and Lawson have been talking about zoo animals and singing about zoo animals, so we decided to go to the zoo on Saturday. Lawson wanted to see the rhinos and hippos. The weather was absolutely beautiful and we got to try out the Sit and Stand stroller. Lawson liked it, but since he is not strapped down as well, he can wiggle out of the straps. Since Lawson was there, he let him run and run and run. Judah cried as soon as we got there, but then fell asleep and slept the rest of the time. Lawson loved the reptile house. He ran from exhibit to exhibit talking about snakes and lizards and turtles. Of course, his dad loved that, since he had snakes and lizards when he was a boy. Lawson also loves bugs, so we had to check out the butterfly house. Lawson loved looking at them, but didn't like them getting so close to him. It was a fabulous day and Lawson is still talking about going to the zoo.
