We also went to Barbara Jean's in European Village. It was this neat development where there were stores and restaurants on the bottom level and condos on the upper three or four levels. There were lots of great restaurants in this area, but Barbara Jean's was definitely a good choice. They make fresh pumpkin bread, cornbread and wheat rolls and bring out huge baskets of them. And we love our bread. Of course, seafood was on the menu, but there was also chicken and steak (to where the Hoppers breathed a sigh of relief). We had a wonderful time! And the boys enjoyed running around the little square. It was such a neat place!

Eating out
One of the fun things to do at the beach is eat seafood (or so we have been told, since none of the Hoppers eat seafood.) While we were at Cinnamon Beach, we took advantage of some restaurants that served seafood. The first place we went to was a restaurant called Flagler Fish Company. The food was really good, but the service was terrible. It was like a bunch of frat boys running a restaurant. We were there for about an hour and a half before our food arrived. There was a family that came in behind us, was sat after us and got their food, ate and left before we got ours. Bummer. And unfortunately, the people working there didn't care. No big deal to them. But we survived. And the food was good.
