Go Gators!

This post is a little late, but needless to say we are very excited that the Florida Gators won their 3rd National Championship on January 8th. At first we weren't going to have anyone over, but we were going to watch the game by ourselves. However, that changed and Jimmy and Stephanie (our Gator buddies), Kellen, Damaris and Ryan, Megan and Steven, Justin and Jeff came over to watch the game with us. We were very nervous for the first 3 quarters, but then during the 4th quarter, things began to look up! It was a great game and we are excited that Tim Tebow is going to come back next year!

Lawson has taught Baby Lawson to say "Go Gators" and do the Gator chomp. We brought down our Gator beanbag and Baby Lawson has claimed it for his own. If Lawson or DeeDee sits in the beanbag, he pulls them out. He recognizes the Gator head, the Gator script, the helmet and various other Gator emblems. It probably helps that our guest room is slowly being transformed into a Gator themed room. Anyway...it's so cute to hear Lawson say "Go Gators" and do the Gator chomp.

We get to fly our flag proudly for another year!!!!!! (We fly it regardless of their season too, although we did take it down after the Alabama game. Just in case.)

Damaris and Ryan. Damaris is doing the Gator chomp and Ryan is not too pleased. They are Auburn fans. (But Damaris is a Tim Tebow fan too.)
