Almost 20 months

Lawson is brilliant! Not that we are biased at all! He is talking so much now. His favorite words right now are "hold it". He wants to be able to hold everything-spoons, forks, water bottles, everything! He is jumping up and down and loves the "bean". That is what he calls beds. He flops on them and jumps on them and has an all around good time. Tonight Aunt DeeDee was eating SweetTarts and gave him one. We told him he could only have one more, so after he ate his one, he kept holding up one finger and asking for "un more". How cute is that? He loves airplanes and when he hears one he always looks up to find it. Even if we are in the house. His Mimi taught him to say "down" to Damaris' dogs, so now when he hears and sees dogs he says "Down rah-rahs!" "Rah-rah" is the sound he makes for a dog. Too cute! Mimi and Aunt DeeDee have also taught him "Ew", so he will say that for all kinds of things, gross or not. It's amazing how he can imitate so much now. When Lawson works out and is stretching, Lawson will imitate him swinging his arms and raising them over his head. He will also try to do push ups on Lawson's push up bars. So far food is not Lawson's favorite right now. No veggies, although we keep giving him them. He also doesn't like meat, so he eats eggs and beans for protein. Loves milk and cheese and yogurt. And "bars". He loves fruit bars. And they are so easy to clean up after. At his last doctor's appointment he weighed 26 pounds, so thankfully he is gaining weight.
