Easter Egg hunt

Chocolate overload
Easter was wonderful this year! My parents came in for the weekend. When they got here Friday night, we went to eat at Waffle House. Yum! I love their hashbrowns!!!!! Saturday was the great show hunt for shoes for a dress I wanted to wear. Damaris and Mom had to get shoes too. Even Lawson (dad) got in on the act and got some. Maybe it's an Easter thing. There were a lot of people at the mall, especially in the shoe stores. My shoes are cute though. We went to church on Saturday night, since our church was offering several options for services. After we went to Jim-n-Nicks for dinner with Mom, Dad, Damaris, Ryan, Matt and Amanda. It was pretty late for Lawson to be out, so Mom and Dad took him home early and Lawson and I got to hang out and talk with the others until the Jim-n-Nick's people started to give us the "eye". Great time!!! We didn't realize how much we had missed doing that. It's a lot tougher with a child. On Sunday we got up to make Easter dinner and hide Easter eggs for Baby Lawson. He really liked that. Granted they weren't hidden to hard, so he ran around putting them in his basket, but he knew that there was candy in them and just wanted to open them to eat the candy. We probably overdid it on the candy, but he was so cute. When we would open another egg, he would shake and get so excited. Probably from the sugar. He was up in the middle of the night that night, wide awake. Thankfully Lawson was off on Monday, so he got to hang out with him. All in all, a wonderful Easter, celebrating the resurrection of our Lord!

Well isn't he the hippest toddler around? He would've give Ben a pile drive (whatever that is) for his bunny outfit. :)

He's so cute Taryn and I love baby #2's name - you look fantastic!
